Ordering From Just Love That Card: Browse through the catalogue, click on the cards you wish to buy and put into shopping basket. Click on checkout. You will be asked for details to help us securely process your order. Personalisation Details For any personalisation details asked for in the card description please click on contact us which is bottom left of the home page. Next to general enquiries you will see a drop down menu where you will find personalisation details option. If you prefer you can give them through general enquiries. Please note any card ordered which requires personalisation details that are not given within 2 days of order, your card will be sent out without personalisation. Delivery Costs and Schedule U.K. Flat rate of £2.70 on orders to the value of up to £30 Over £30 FREE Europe Flat rate of £3.50 on orders up to £30, Over £30 Flat rate of £5 We aim to process and post your order within 3 working days. If for any reason there is a problem with this you will be notified by e-mail. All cards posted to U.K. are sent 1st class recorded delivery and you will be provided with tracking number should you need it. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery. Cards posted to Europe will be sent Airmail but will not be recorded as this is very expensive. If you would like it recorded please say so before buying so I can change the postage rate for you. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in receiving your order which are down to Royal Mail. I cannot guarantee delivery times for Royal Mail as these do vary. I will let you know when your card has been posted and will hold onto the tracking number receipt in case you should need it. Payment We securely accept credit and debit card payment via nochex and paypal. Please be aware if you pay by nochex this is what will show up on your credit or debit card statements and not Just Love That Card. I also accept postal orders but Do Not accept cheques. Packaging and Returns We only use quality materials for packaging. Within the first 7 days of receipt of your order, if you are not happy with it for any reason please message me with your concern and I will either offer you a replacement or 100% refund. Thank You
