Personalisation Details

For any personalisation details asked for in the card description please provide these in the box available on the checkout page.

If no details are received with your order you will be sent a blank plaque for your greeting.

Delivery Costs and Schedule

Free U.K. P & P  (proof of posting always obtained) All cards are posted 1st class.

Europe  Airmail small packet  p&p  £3.50 flat rate,  covers up to 2 cards bought together.

Rest of the World  Airmail small packet p&p £4.50 flat rate, covers up to two cards bought together.

 All orders are processed within 24 hours of cleared payment. Whilst most cards will be despatched within 2 working days, please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery within the U.K.

7 - 14 days for Europe and 14 - 28 days the rest of the world.

PAYMENT

We accept debit and credit card payments via paypal, nochex, cash sent registered post, uncrossed postal orders. Our site is SSL Secured for safe online shopping.

Please note if paying by nochex this is what will show on your bank statement and not just love that card.

PACKAGING

At Just Love That Card we pride ourselves on using only the best quality packaging to ensure your purchase reaches you in pristine condition.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days.

We will make a full refund provided the card is returned in perfect condition and original packaging. Please return 1st class recorded only so that you have proof of return. As cards are posted free to you by ourselves return postage is non refundable.

If you are returning an item please contact us first through general enquiries stating reason for return.

Please Note: Personalised cards are excluded from our 7 day return policy unless faulty due to negligence on our part. In which case you will be refunded the original cost of the card and recorded delivery return postage.
